With so much venom to spit at this week in sports it’s tough to know where to begin. I say let’s pull a 180 and start with a feel good story… don’t worry, even this one has undertones of treachery:

We’re trading him; we’re keeping him; we’re trading him; he’s hiding in the Green Monster. Finally the Manny-Red Sox BS is over. Like legions of other MLB fans I grew wearier with each slew of off season trade rumors regarding the dreaded one. Finally the Sox have dealt the quirky slugger, for good or ill.

It’s been far too long sports fans…I’ve left you without a good dose of venom for quite some time. I make no apologies; I doubt you would either. Let’s let bygones be bygones, and get this thing off and running, shall we?
